ABOUT DIGICEL CAYMAN
Digicel launched in the Cayman Islands on March 3rd, 2004, after acquiring a licence to operate in September 2003. The Cayman operation has grown to include 11 dealer stores and over 50 employees.
With investments exceeding US$25 million in the Cayman Islands, Digicel Cayman has been responsible for introducing strong competition into the market and driving mobile penetration through superior services, reliable coverage and high value offerings. The company also offers a wide range of handsets at affordable prices and was the first to bring innovative products and services to the Cayman Islands such as prepaid broadband, rollover minutes, prepaid roaming, closed user groups, WiMax technology, and ECAY text directory service.
