  1. What is Online Bill Pay?
    • Online Bill Pay is another Bill Payment option provided to postpaid customers.
    • It allows customers to pay their Digicel phone bills over the internet using their credit cards.

  2. What can I pay using Online Bill Pay?
    • Full or partial payment of Digicel postpaid bill
    • Roaming deposit
    • Regular deposit payment

  3. Can I add credit to my prepaid phone using Online Bill Pay?
    • No. The service is for postpaid customers ONLY.

  4. What do I need to access Online Bill Pay?
    • A valid Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard or Keycard
    • Access to the internet
    • An active email address

  5. How do I login in to Online Bill Pay?
    Currently there are two (2) ways to access the bill payment option on the website
    • Go to the www.digicelcayman.com
    • Go to www.digicelcayman.com
    • Select the Option for “View Bills Online”
    • Select the link for “Make a Payment” OR
    • Login to the Bill View option
    • Select the link “click here to make a payment”


  6. Is Online Bill Pay the same as Online Bill View?
    • No. Online Bill View is an option provided for postpaid customers to view their Bills online via Digicel’s homepage. Online Bill Pay facilitates payment of bills and deposit.

  7. What are the key differences between Online Bill Pay and Online Bill View?

    1. Registration Required:
    You must register your credit card to access the service
    1. No Registration Required:
    Once you have a Digicel postpaid account you can access the service
    2. Non-Digicel customers can use the service to pay Digicel bills online.
    You can register your credit card and pay another persons Digicel postpaid bill or deposit
    2. Must be a Digicel postpaid customer to use the service
    3. Payment can be made to any Digicel postpaid accounts.
    Once you have a registered credit card then you can pay any Digicel bill
    3. Customer can only view their accounts
    You can only view an account for which you have a username (phone number) and password (i.e. subscriber number, found at the top right hand corner of your Digicel Bill)


  8. Do I need to register in order to use Online Bill Pay?
    • Yes In order to use Online Bill Pay, you need to register your credit card on the Online Payment system.

  9. What steps must I take in order to register for the Online Bill Pay Service?
    • Log on to www.digicelcayman.com
    • Select the Option for “View your Bills”
    • Select the option: Registered users click here to login
    • Select “New Registration”
    • You will be directed to another link where you will:
      • Create username and password, Enter Personal Information, Enter Credit Card Information
      • Request random transaction amount from the bank
      • Enter random transaction amount and submit

  10. What information is required in the registration process?
    • You will need to enter your login information i.e.
      • Username
      • Password
    • Personal information as it appears on your credit card bill including valid identification (i.e. driver’s licence, passport, national ID) contact information, valid email address and security question and answer
    • Credit card information: Type of credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Keycard), name on the credit card, expiry date and credit card number
    • Random transaction amount (to be requested from the bank)


  11. Is there a charge to register for Online Bill Pay?
    Yes. A random value between 1 and 3 units of your card currency will be charged to your account during registration. This amount is reversed within 24 hours of the payment and is charged for the sole purpose of verifying the person registering the card before completing the registration.

  12. How will I know when I have successfully completed the registration?
    • Your initial registration details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
    • The email includes a link that allows you to go back to the approval page should you want to complete the registration at a later time.
    • Once you have entered the correct transaction amount received from the bank, the registration is complete.

  13. Can I register multiple cards under the same account (username and password)?
    Yes.You have the option to add other credit cards to your account. Login to the Online Payment System.
    1. Go to the tab “Registered cards”.
    2. Select the link “add new card”.
    3. Insert credit card details

      If multiple cards are added then when you login to make a payment you can choose which credit card you want to use to pay a particular bill.

  14. Is there a limit on the number of cards I am allowed to register?
    • No There is no limit on the number of cards that can be registered.

  15. Can the same credit card be registered twice even for two separate accounts?
    • Yes A credit card can be registered to two accounts as long as each account registers the correct credit card details.

  16. How do I make a payment using Online Bill pay?
    • Log on to www.digicelcayman.com
    • Select the Option for “View your Bills”
    • Select the “Make a Payment” link. You will be directed to the screen to insert your payment details.
      1. Enter Payment details ( Name on the bill, phone number, account number, amount, type of payment) and Online Payment login details
      2. Preview your payment and Confirm credit card details - choose card (if multiple cards are on your account) and the card’s CVV2 (the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card)
      3. If you use additional security, enter payment code
      4. Submit payment

  17. How long does it take for my transactions to be registered on my Digicel postpaid account?
    • The transaction should be posted to your account in approximately one hour.

  18. Is there a service charge to pay my bill with Online Bill Pay?
    • No There is no service charge to pay a bill with Online Bill Pay.

  19. Am I limited to paying only my bill using Online Bill Pay?
    • No You can pay any Digicel Postpaid Bill using Online Bill Pay.

  20. Can I pay my Roaming Deposit using Online Bill Pay?
    • Yes Roaming deposits as well as payments towards regular deposit can be made using Online Bill Pay.

  21. Will I be able to keep track of my transactions?
    • Yes There are three ways to keep track of your transactions with Online Bill Pay.
      1. Once logged in, Online Bill Pay allows you to track your transactions done using the Online Bill Pay service.
        • Go to the “History” tab (Payment details are listed).
        • For additional information select the link for “details” to the right of each listed transaction.
      2. A payment receipt is emailed after each payment. You are encouraged to save this email
      3. At the end of each transaction a payment confirmation page is displayed. You are encouraged to print this page and keep for reference

  22. Can I change my password?
    • Yes Once logged in go to:
      1. The “Change Password” tab.
      2. Enter old password
      3. Enter new password.
      4. Confirm new password.

  23. Can I change my personal information?
    • Yes Once logged in go to:
      1. The “Profile” Tab,
      2. Select the link for “Change Profile”
      3. Adjust as needed.

  24. Can I use the Online Bill Pay service overseas?
    • Yes Once you have access to the internet and a Visa card, MasterCard or KeyCard credit card you will be able to access the service.

  25. Can I access Online Bill Pay from a WAP handset?
    • No The service can only be accessed via WEB (Computers, laptops, Web enabled handsets)

  26. Is there a limit on the amount of postpaid accounts that I can make payments to?
    • No there is no limit on the number of postpaid accounts to which you can make payments to.

  27. Is there a minimum or maximum value that can be paid to my postpaid account?
    • No There is no restriction on the amount of money that can be paid to your Digicel postpaid account via Online Bill Pay
    • Please note: Your credit card must have sufficient funds available in order to make a payment to your postpaid account.

  28. Will I receive a receipt for transactions done via Online Bill Pay?
    • Yes A receipt will be sent via email, notifying you of the transaction details e.g.

  29. If my account is disconnected due to overdue bills will I be able to clear my overdue balance using Online Bill Pay?
    • Yes You can pay the overdue amount using Online Bill Pay.

  30. If my account is disconnected and I pay my using Online Bill Pay will I need to call Customer Care to have it reconnected?
    • No Your account will be reconnected in approximately 1 hour. You only need to call if you require reconnection immediately or within the 1st hour after payment.

  31. What should I do if money is deducted from my credit card and the amount does not reflect on my account?
    • Contact Digicel’s Postpaid Customer Care Centre
    • Select the Billing Option and have the following information available:
      • Payment ID
      • Amount
      • Date
      • Last 4 digits of credit card
      • Account number
      • Telephone number
      • Payment type
      • Approval code
