  1. What is WebFlex?
    WebFlex is a top up method that allows persons to add credit to Digicel prepaid numbers via Digicel’s homepage.

  2. What denominations can I add with WebFlex?
    · The following denominations are available:
    • 5 KYD
    • 10 KYD
    • 25 KYD
    • 50 KYD

  3. Can I add credit to my postpaid phone using WebFlex?
    · No. The service is for prepaid customers ONLY.

  4. What do I need to access WebFlex?
    · A valid Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard or Keycard
    · Access to the internet
    · An active email address

  5. How do I login in to WebFlex?
    To access:
    · Go to the http://www.digicelcayman.com/
    · Select the Option for “WebFlex”

  6. Do I need to register in order to use WebFlex?
    · Yes. In order to use WebFlex, you need to register your credit card.

  7. What steps must I take in order to register successfully?
    · Go to the http://www.digicelcayman.com/
    · Click on the link – “WebFlex”
    · Select “New Registration”. You will be directed to another link where you will:
    1. Create username and password, Enter Personal
      Information, Enter Credit Card Information
    2. Request random transaction amount from the bank. (The randon transaction amount is the charge that is applied to your card.)
    3. Enter random transaction amount and submit.

  8. What information is required in the registration process?
    · A unique username and password
    · A valid email address
    · Personal information including valid identification (i.e. driver’s licence, passport, national ID) and security question and answer
    · Credit card information: Type of credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Keycard), name on the credit card, expiry date and credit card number
    · The random transaction amount generated during registration (to be requested from the bank)

  9. Is there a charge to register for WebFlex?
    Yes. A random value will be charged to your account during registration. This amount is reversed within 24 hours of the payment and is charged for the sole purpose of verifying the person registering the card before completing the registration.

  10. How will I know when I have successfully completed the registration?
    Your initial registration details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
    The email includes a link that allows you to go back to the approval page should you want to complete the registration at a later time.
    Once you have entered the correct transaction amount received from the bank, the registration is complete.

  11. Can I register multiple cards under the same account (username and password)?
    · Yes. You have the option to add other credit cards to your account.
    1. Go to the tab “Registered cards”.
    2. Select the link “add new card”.
    3. Insert credit card details
    If multiple cards are added then when you login to make a payment you can choose which credit card you want to use to pay a particular bill.

  12. Is there a limit on the number of cards I am allowed to register?
    · No. There is no limit on the number of cards that can be registered.

  13. Can the same credit card be registered twice even for two separate accounts?
    Yes. A credit card can be registered to two accounts as long as each account registers the correct credit card details.

  14. Can I change my password?
    · Yes. Once logged in go to:
    1. The “Change Password” tab.
    2. Enter old password
    3. Enter new password.
    4. Confirm new password.

  15. How do I add credit using WebFlex?
    · Go to the http://www.digicelcayman.com/
    · Click on the link – “WebFlex”
    1. Enter transaction details ( phone number and amount to be paid; also include your username)
    2. Enter your Online Payment username and password
    3. Confirm payment and credit card details - choose card (if multiple cards are on your account) and the card’s CVV2 (the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card)
    4. If you use additional security, enter payment code
    5. Select “pay”

  16. Is there a service charge for each top up?
    No. There is no charge to use the service.

  17. Am I limited to adding credit to one Digicel number using WebFlex?
    · No. You can add credit to any Digicel prepaid number using WebFlex.

  18. Will I be able to keep track of my transactions?
    · Yes. There are three ways to keep track of your transactions with WebFlex.
    1. Once logged in, WebFlex allows you to track your transactions done using the WebFlex service.
      • Go to the “History” tab (Payment details are listed).
      • For additional information select the link for “details” to the right of each listed transaction.
    2. A payment receipt is emailed after each payment. You are encouraged to save this email
    3. At the end of each transaction a payment confirmation page is displayed. You are encouraged to print this page and keep for reference.

  19. Can I change my personal information?
    · Yes. When logged in, go to:
    1. The “Profile” Tab,
    2. Select the link for “Change Profile”
    3. Adjust as needed.

  20. How long does it take for my transactions to be registered on my Digicel prepaid account?
    · The transaction should be posted to your account immediately.

  21. Can I use the WebFlex service overseas?
    · Yes. Once you have access to the internet and a Visa card, MasterCard or KeyCard credit card from a bank that will issue an approval code, you will be able to access the service.

  22. Can I access WebFlex from a WAP handset?
    · No. The service can only be accessed via WEB (Computers, laptops, Web enabled handsets)

  23. Will I receive a receipt for transactions done via WebFlex?
    · Yes. A receipt will be sent via email, notifying you of the transaction details e.g.

  24. What should I do if money is deducted from my credit card and the amount does not reflect on my account?
    • Contact Digicel’s Customer Care Centre
    • Select the Billing Option and have the following information available:
      • Payment ID
      • Amount
      • Date
      • Last 4 digits of credit card
      • Account number
      • Telephone number
      • Payment type
      • Approval code
