Q. How does the Talk for Free promotion work?
A. When a Digicel prepaid customer makes a local Digicel to Digicel call and talks for 3 minutes the next 30 minutes will be free. When a Digicel prepaid customer makes an international call to select destinations on weekends only and talks for 10 minutes, the next 30 minutes is Free.

Q. When was this promotion launched?
A. This promotion was launched on September 12, 2008 in the Cayman Islands.

Q. How long will this promotion run for?
A. This promotion does not have an end date currently, however, customers will be advised of any changes or plans to withdraw the promotion.  Digicel will continuously provide the best value for its customers.

Q. Does this offer apply when calling a Cable & Wireless customer?
A. No.  To get 30 minutes free the call must be a Digicel-to-Digicel call and the customer must stay on the call for 3 minutes locally or 10 minutes internationally after which the call will be FREE for the next 30 minutes.

Q. Can I call anywhere in the world and get 30 minutes free?
A. No.  This promotion is limited to select international destinations such as Digicel Caribbean Islands, the US, and Canada on weekends only (Friday at 8pm - Monday at 6am). The customer must call a Digicel customer in the Caribbean islands or any mobile or fixed line customer in the US or Canada on weekends only. Regular international calling rates apply to destinations outside of the select overseas locations.

Q. Which countries are considered as Digicel Caribbean countries?
A. The Digicel countries that are in this promotion are ABC Islands, Anguilla, Barbados, Bermuda, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos.

Q. Are all Digicel countries included in this promotion?
A. No, there are some Digicel countries that are not included; these are Guyana and French Guiana, and Antigua.

Q. What happens after the call exceeds 30 minutes free?
A. After the 30 minutes is done, and the customer is still on the call, the call will begin to rate at the regular rate. This may vary according to where you are calling and the time of day.

Q. Does it matter what time of day I make the call?
A.  Talk for Free is applicable to local Digicel-to-Digicel calls  any time of day or week.  However, international benefits are only applicable on weekends.

Q. If I am roaming will I be able to talk for Free and get 30 minutes free?
A. No, if you are roaming, regular roaming rates will apply, that means you will pay for all of the call regardless fo how long you are on the call. You will have to be in your home network to avail of this promotion.
