Rollover Minutes

Terms and Conditions for the end user are defined as follows:

As a Digicel World or Digicel Select customer you can rollover any unused minutes included in your package for one month.  You don’t even have to do anything as your unused minutes included in your package will be automatically carried over into the next month and will be shown clearly on your bill.

Rollover Minutes are used after your normal inclusive minutes included in your Digicel Select/World plan.  The maximum number of minutes that can rollover in a month is limited to monthly minutes included in your Digicel Select/World plan.

• Rollover Minutes are not available on Digicel prepaid service,
• Rollover Minutes can be carried over for only one month.
• Rollover Minutes are used after your normal inclusive minutes included in your Digicel Select/ World plan.
• The number of minutes that can rollover is limited to the maximum number of inclusive minutes included in your Digicel Select/ World plan.
• Rollover minutes carried over will be shown clearly on your bill.
• Rollover minutes are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable.
• If your Phone is lost, damaged stolen or you have to exchange the SIM rollover minutes will be retained.
• Rollover Minutes are an Optional Service.
• SMS included in your Digicel Select/ World plan do not rollover.
• For a shared plan, Rollover Minutes are presented at the group level and not for each individual.
• Rollover Minutes will not be retained if you change to a service in which rollover minutes are not available.
