You can top up your Broadband Account Number (1345 549 xxxx) in one of the 4 ways listed below. It’s just like topping up a normal Digicel prepaid phone.

·         Using any one of our convenient Top Up machines around Grand Cayman.

·         Using any Digicel prepaid credit voucher.

·         Over the web via www.ezetop.com.

·         Using Credit U. Send credit from your Digicel phone to your Broadband Account number e.g. to send CI$10 to your account simply text: *128*1345549xxxx*10#.

Improved Customer Care

In addition to our existing 24/7 customer care service, Digicel has developed a dedicated Broadband service.  Our Broadband experts will assist customers at our Dr. Roy’s Drive HQ Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and at our Camana Bay store Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm.  For the more complex technical issues which cannot be resolved by our customer care help desk, we guarantee customers will be contacted by a technician within 1 hour of raising the issue Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:00pm and will receive a site visit with 24hrs of speaking with the technician if the problem cannot be solved over the phone.
