How can a residential customer obtain the service?
To obtain this service the customer simply purchases a Digicel Broadband Modem at one of our many dealer stores.  The modem costs CID $59 and included 1 week Free Broadband Access

The customer will receive a Self Install Kit that contains the items below.

• Self Install modem
• Ethernet cable
• Power adapter and power cable
• Quick Set Up User Guide

How long will it take to install my modem?
Plug it in and you're ready to go! Installation of the Self Install Unit will take a matter of minutes. Simply follow the instructions provided in the Self Install Kit. There is no need to wait for a technician.

Will I have mobility with Digicel Broadband?
You can take the modem to any location within the service area and access the Internet at no extra charge.
