Top Up with Digicel!

Digicel Cayman offers a variety of easy ways to Top Up your Prepaid mobile and Broadband accounts. Choose the most convenient method for you, based on your type of account, lifestyle and personal preference.
 

Card Top Up

Convenience in a card! Top Up cards are readily available all around the island.

1.    Scratch-off the dark magnetic-looking strip covering the voucher number with a coin.

2.    Dial from your mobile phone: *121* the voucher number and press # (e.g. *121*1345xxxxxxx#)

3.    Then press "SEND"

4.    Look at the phone screen for a message telling you whether the top up was successful.

To check your account balance:

1.    Dial *120#

2.    Then press “SEND"

3.    Check your phone screen for your current balance.
 
 

Electronic Top Up

E-Top Up is one of the most convenient ways to add credit!  This is available at over 600 convenient locations throughout the Cayman Islands.
 
 
                       1.    Go to any Digicel Top Up kiosk around the islands.
2.    Select destination country of Top Up credit, represented    by       national flags.
 
 
3.    Enter seven digit mobile number; this step is repeated.

 4.    Enter Cayman Islands currency note in machine slot in denominations of $5, $10, $25 or $100.

 5.    Wait for confirmation of the amount being purchased.

 6.    Press ‘done’ to start sending.

 7.    Wait for credit receipt or voucher.

To check your account balance:

1.    Dial *120#

2.    Then press “SEND"

3.    Check your phone screen for your current balance.
 
 

Top U Up

Top up the Prepaid account of family and friends, from a mobile handset using a Top Up voucher or e-Card.

1.    Dial *125* + 11-digit receiving mobile number followed by #key.

2.    Wait for the confirmation message

3.    Then dial *125* + 13-digit voucher pin and # key to complete the Top U up.

4.    Both sending and receiving users get a confirmation message.

To check your account balance on the receiving handset:

1.    Dial *120#

2.    Then press “SEND"

3.    Check your phone screen for your current balance.

Both Digicel postpaid and prepaid customers can send credit with Top U Up, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.  There is no charge for the service.
 

Credit U

Credit U allows you to transfer credit from your own Postpaid or Prepaid account to the Prepaid account of friends and family using your mobile handset.

1.    Dial *128* + 11-digit receiving mobile number* + amount followed by # key. E.g. (*128*13451234567*75#)

2.    Wait for the confirmation message

3.    Then dial *128*1# to confirm or *128*2# to cancel.

4.    Both sending and receiving users receive a confirmation message.

To check your account balance on the receiving handset:

1.    Dial *120#

2.    Then press “SEND"

3.    Check your phone screen for your current balance.

Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.  Corporate customers are not allowed to use this service.

Note: Never send credit to a mobile number you do not know.

 

Online Top Up

The service allows any individual who has a valid credit card to top up any prepaid Digicel phone in any of the Digicel Islands via the Digicel Cayman website (www.digicelcayman.com).  This service can be accessed by going to the Digicel website and selecting the Digicel Online Top Up option.

 

How does it work?

o         Register a Digicel Online Top Up Account

o         Sign In to your Digicel Online Account

o         Enter Transaction details

o         Enter card details to pay for the credit.

 

What is required to use service?

o         A valid email address

o        A registered Digicel Online Top Up account

o         A valid credit or debit card – MasterCard/ VISA

o         An active prepaid Digicel number

o        Customers can only complete one registration per credit card

 

Direct Top Up

Direct Top Up allows Digicel prepaid subscribers to visit specified retail outlets, pay the cashier the amount requested and the top up value is sent directly to their phone.  No vouchers, no pins.  Customers can purchase any variable value and are not restricted to specific denominations. 

Direct Top ups are quick, simple and convenient:

1.    Customer visits the retail outlet offering Direct Top-Up.

2.    Provides the cashier with the mobile number to be topped up (either verbally or this can be written on a simple slip provided at the outlet

3.    Cashier receives the payment and punches in the mobile number on the terminal

4.    Top up is sent directly to the customer’s phone.

5.    Customer receives a text message confirming the value of the top.
